A 275g (Net Weight) portion of Fresh Hornigs of West Calder Haggis coated in our light Pakora Batter, includes a 2 portion pot of chilli, mint & tomato sauce ( Sauce is1 Pro Point per portion)

Ingredients: Haggis (Min 60%) (Beef Lungs, Beef Stock, Beef Fat, Oatmeal, Mutton Fat, Beef Liver, Salt, Dried Onion) Gram Flour, Rapeseed Oil, Spices, Bicarbonate of Soda, Salt. Sauce - Water, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Tomato Paste, Vinegar, Sugar, Mint, Lemon Juice, Spices, Citric Acid, Salt (May Contain Traces Of Nuts)

Heating Instructions :

From Chilled- Place Pakora in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees C for 10 mins or until crispy

From  Frozen - Place Pakora in a pre heated oven at  200 degrees C for approx 15 - 18 mins or until piping hot & crispy.  

Place sauce tub in hot water to defrost
