Salmon, Ginger & Spring Onion Pakora 7 SP Per Portion (Special Order 48 hours notice required)


A 250g (net weight) portion of our pakora made with spring onions, Scottish salmon and fresh ginger with a hint of lime.

Ingredients: Spring Onion, Gram flour, Salmon (FISH 20% Min), Ginger, Chillies, Rapeseed Oil, Spices, Lime Juice, Bicarbonate of Soda, Salt, Ground Celery (CELERY)
Sauce - Water, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Spirit Vinegar, Tomato Paste, Sugar, Modified Maize Starch, Salt, Tomato Powder, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Natural Flavouring, Dried Spearmint, Colour (Copper Chlorophyllin Complex), Lemon Juice, Spices, Preservative (Potassium Metabisulphite) - (SULPHITES)

Heating Instructions :

From Chilled- Place Pakora in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees C for 10 mins or until crispy

From  Frozen - Place Pakora in a pre heated oven at  200 degrees C for approx 15 - 18 mins or until piping hot & crispy.  

Place sauce tub in hot water to defrost
